Sooperfood SuperwhatEverybody has heard of it, but hardly anyone knows what it means. Since it is no actual term in the world of food and beverages, it doesn’t matter.

If somebody talks about superfoods in most cases we deal with food, which has an outstanding amount of vitamins and minerals.

Due to their high nutrient density, superfoods have a positive effect our bodily wellbeing.

Too many free radials in the body might be the potential trigger for diseases like cancer, diabetes or heart problems.

To protect the contained nutrients, superfoods are only consumed raw or as a powder (never heat up over 42 ° C).
